In this episode of The Pivotal Leader Gina Trimarco spoke to Katie Lemieux and Dr. Kate Campbell, co-founders of The Private Practice Start Up and discussed what it takes to be build a private practice and be an evolving entrepreneur.

They are both Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who are passionate about inspiring other mental health professionals and entrepreneurs to fulfill their private practice dreams by making them become a reality!   They each have their own successful six-figure private practices that they built from the ground up.  The path to success was not a straight line. They say it was much more representative of the stock market including the downturn during the recession.

While they were creating their individual practices, there was little information on how to establish a full fee, six-figure practice.  Each of them have done that in their own way coming across many mistakes, challenges, and throwing spaghetti on the wall to see what would stick. And now they help other practitioners strive in their own practices.
