Working with Gina was great in terms of helping the staff to work better together. The team morale has improved. Also, I have noticed a few of my staff taking a bit more initiative in fixing things themselves instead of coming to me. Instead, they are creating solutions and then letting me know what they have done so that I can evaluate if anything further needs to be done.

I had no idea how well the concepts of improv applied to overall business communications in general and sales, specifically. The exercises we did were particularly good. The time was well spent.
What I think has been so valuable about this session that Gina’s doing is that hands down for us is its just different perspective, it’s not the corporate speak, so to speak. It’s more of her perspective, her involvement with her improv theater and how that relates to us in sales and also her having some background in hotel sales.
This is actually one of the best sales training programs that I have encountered. I’ve been through many throughout my career, but Gina is very engaging, she makes it fun.
